Located in an urban area in North Vancouver, this new build  boasts two stories, a suite, a cozy patio, and a rooftop with a view  of the mountains. The project comprised two kitchens, seven bathrooms, cabinetry of all areas, selection of interior  finishes, and staging. Our vision was modern West Coast living that is sohisticated yet understated and functional.

We decided on a palette of warm whites, white oak, and black and gold hardware to evoque a sence of serenity and luxury. 

From the entrance, a custom wall panneling in a shallow alcove set a tone of upscale interior. The black powder room, with its dramatic palette of gold, black and white, elevated the space. The natural oak and textured fabrics and tiles in the kitchen and living room were chosen for their organic appeal. Satin gold accents and hardware added glitz and warmth to the interior.

The result was a luxuriously finished space,  both contemporary and tactile.
