THE PROCESS

DESIGN PACKAGE
DISCOVERY CONSULTATION: This is a complimentary one hour session with virtual options available. During this session we will discuss the overall feel for the desired space and get a sense of the project scope. This phase includes an understanding of your needs and wants, your wish list, discussing different ideas, preferred colour scheme, budget, and timeline. It is an information gathering consultation where the main goal is to assess the space. Pinterest boards and inspirational photos are welcomed.

DESIGN CONCEPT & PROJECT PROPOSAL: With the information gathered during the initial consultation we will present our design concept with imagery and sketches. Project proposal outlining the scope of the project is provided during this phase. With a commitment to move forward, we move to the exciting phase: The Design

THE DESIGN:
1. Technical development: Once the concept has been approved by you, we will proceed with working drawings and detailed drawings for use by the trades. We will explore potential layouts.
2. Design development: All finishes, colours and materials are selected at this time. We will review material samples and prepare material specifications document for all the selections. With a completed design and material choices in hand project cost details are confirmed and presented for your approval.

3. Construction: Working closely with the contractor and installers we will be onsite at regular intervals to ensure accuracy to the design intent.

We also offer 2 Hour Design Consultation for clients who want direction and resources. During these two hours we can provide suggestions for space planning, colour scheme and materials. We will go over your ideas and/or samples you might have. Reach out and let's start the conversation.
